TRACK: Four year Letterman at South Brunswick.  Three Time All-State in the Discus. State Championship in 1996.  Three time All-American in the discus: High School/Junior Olympic Combined. Multiple Conference Champion. Appalachian State University: Two Time Southern Conference Champion in the Discus.  Multiple All-Conference accolades in the Discus, Shot put, 35# Weight, and Javelin.
