We regret that we have had to suspend the sales of Diet Irn-Bru owing to insufficient consumer demand.
Each time we order Irn-Bru we have to commit to a minimum production of approx 2,600 cases.
With a best before end date of approx 9 months from date of bottling there are just not enough diet drinkers to consume this quantity before we have to withdraw it. Last year we had to donate about 25% to a food bank. We have requested a reduction in the min. production quantity but the bottling plant say it is not economically viable for them.
